Absolutely one of the sweetest businesses I’ve ever interacted with period, let alone a towing business. They were super quick, informed us how long it’d be, and even tried to keep an update to make sure I was okay after my wreck. My grandma even bragged about how polite the man who left the car was, saying he was super understanding and caring. I would recommend this business and then some, they made my first wreck so much easier to deal with.
Probably one of the best towing companies I've ever used, AAA was dropping the ball and Sarah was super helpful in trying to figure out why AAA was taking so long to assign the call. Finally was able to work with both Kingsport Towing and AAA to assign the call and they were out at the car in no time! Massive shoutout to Sarah and the rest of the team, it was a pleasure!
